PRIME BANK
The bank said it has credited the stock dividend for 2009 to the respective shareholders’ BO accounts yesterday.

JAMUNA BANK
Trading of the bank’s shares will be allowed only in the spot market and block/odd lot transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from today to Thursday. Trading will remain suspended on March 11, the record date for AGM and EGM. Another record date for entitlement of the proposed right share will be notified later after obtaining approval from SEC.

AGNI SYSTEMS
Worldwide Opportunity Fund (Cayman) Ltd., one of the corporate sponsors/directors of the company, has completed selling its one lakh shares at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.

MAKSONS SPINNING MILLS
Metro Spinning Ltd, one of the corporate sponsors of the company, has completed selling its six lakh shares at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.

APEX ADELCHI FOOTWEAR
The company has informed that Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd has rated the company “AA” as entity rating based on financials as on September 2009.

S ALAM COLD ROLLED STEELS
The company said its rights shares are expected to be credited by the CDBL to the respective shareholders’ BO accounts by Thursday.
